OFF-ICE TRAINING PROGRAM

Cost: $600 Per player, plus HST $90.00 = $690.00
This program is designed to improve a player’s core strength and conditioning. Today’s player is stronger on the puck, stronger on their skates and is physically stronger than ever before. Training will consist of weight room, gym and field work. Groups are
controlled, lead by experienced trainers and limited to 14 players per age group.

Athletes will train 3 x per week starting April 16, finishing up the end of June.
